Mrs. Jerri Lewis, Mr. Uptons secretary, was chosen the new employee of the month.
This is her first year at the high school, but many years ago, she was an executive for Tandy Corportations in Fort Worth.
For the last five years, she worked at Phillips Elementary.
Mr. Campbell was moving to the high school, Mrs. Lewis said, and he asked me to transfer here. It was a great decision.
I have no clue why I was chosen employee of the month, Mrs. Lewis said, but it is quite an honor and I thank each and every one of you who voted for me.
The main thing she does outside of school is constantly play on her computer, she said.
Keep a positive attitude, she said. Either love your job or leave it!
